4. If you have extra items please select them on the extra list.
5. If you only have you hand bag (up to 10 kg) one per passenger click on next.
6. If you have an discount code , complete the discount square.
7. Proced to checkout
8. Complete all the details , choose the paymet.
9. Place order

What information do I need in order to book?

To make the booking you must know:

• Flight number , Date, and hour
• Number of passengers
• Children chairs
• How many luggages

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay on the website, after you choose the transport type and complete all the details.

We accept all types of credit/debit cards and also transfers.

Now due to Covid-19 you should meet the driver on the pick-up point.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ON A FLIGHT DELAY

Flight Delay

If you arrive late due to a delayed aircraft, although every attempt will be made to provide your service given.

The minimum waiting time (45 minutes of delay),.

Therefore you may on rare occasions have to wait until the next available service departs the airport.

As well as  we cannot always hold back vehicles.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Cancel Booking

You can cancel any of your transfer journeys or your entire booking by contacting our reservations department.

Cancellations within more  than 72 hours of departure are subject to 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation between 48-72 hours will be refunden on 50% of the payment .

Cancellations outside of 48 hours will not be refunded.

.Please have your reference number to hand.

If you have not booked directly with  Black Go transfer then you must contact the agency with whom you made the booking.

As you can only make the cancelation with the company you booked with.

For our private services of 1-8 passengers child seats are obligatory.

Also we offer free children chairs and elevators.

We can provide seats for weights from 0-15KG and 15-25KG.

Available on request are child restraint systems.

The Kiddy Bus Harness is an approved system of security for children weighing between 15 -25 kilos (group II ) ( ECE R 44/04 ).

Customers using their own baby seat do so at their own risk.

It is the parent’s responsbility to ensure that infants are secure.

For children of two and above a seat must always be booked at the normal price for the shuttle in question.

Baby seats and child seats can be booked as payable extras.

All children and infants count towards the occupancy of the vehicle, regardless of age.

Therefore thus should be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking.

It is obligatory under Spanish law that vehicles which accommodate up to 8 passengers provide infants aged 0 to 2 years with baby seats.

Likewise, children weighing between 15 and 25 kilos must have child seats.

The chairs can be booked as an extra(s) when making your reservation or alternatively you can bring it/them with you.

If you will bring your own seats please advise us when you are making your reservation.

For transfers from the airport, you should proceed to the meeting point specified on your booking voucher.

Where your driver will be waiting for you.

For transfers to and from the train station, you should proceed the meeting point specified on your booking voucher, where your driver or a representative will be waiting for you.

For transfers from your accommodation, the driver will wait for outside the specified meeting point on your voucher.
